A: No. To reach your records, you need access to a PC with a Web browser plus a Self Service ID and a password. Having an e-mail account allows you to receive the reminders that new paycheck data is posted and receive forgotten passwords, but this is not required. For Internal employees, your Randstad email addresses will default into the email address fields.

Q: How do I make this a favorite on my browser?

A: Follow the instructions below to make the Self Service Menu page a "Favorite" web site on your Internet Explorer.

1. Open your Internet Explorer Browser.
2. In the URL Address Field, type in the following: https://www.workplace.randstad.com and click enter.
3. Click on Favorites on the top row of the browser tool bar and then select "Add to Favorites".

You should receive an Add Favorite window. In the Name field, type in what you want to call your Favorite (i.e. Pay Stub). Leave the check box selection unchecked for the "Make available offline". After typing in the name, click OK.

Q: I've forgotten my Self Service ID and/or password. What do I do?

A: Sign on to Randstad Employee Self Service using your current UserID and password.
